How to select a compatible crypto wallet for use with TokenMaker

MetaMask

MetaMask is a crypto wallet for Chrome, iOS and Android. If you're using a laptop, it's installed as a browser plugin for Chrome.

If you're making test or live ERC20 tokens, MetaMask is a good choice. One drawback with MetaMask is that whilst it can hold NFTs, it doesn't do a good job of displaying them. You won't be able to see the media associated with your NFT, you'll only be able to see the number of NFT's you hold for a specific contract.

MetaMask does not auto-detect new ERC20 contracts, which means that you'll have to add your token contract information to MetaMask before your tokens show up. To add your token in MetaMask, select:
add token
>
custom token
. In the
token contract address
field, enter the contract address displayed on the TokenMaker dashboard.
