How to select a compatible crypto wallet for use with TokenMaker
MetaMask
MetaMask is a crypto wallet for Chrome, iOS and Android. If you're using a laptop, it's installed as a browser plugin for Chrome.
If you're making
test or live ERC20 tokens, MetaMask is a good choice. One drawback with MetaMask is that whilst it can hold NFTs, it doesn't do a good job of displaying them. You won't be able to see the media associated with your NFT, you'll only be able to see the number of NFT's you hold for a specific contract.
MetaMask does not auto-detect new ERC20 contracts, which means that you'll have to add your token contract information to MetaMask before your tokens show up.
To add your token in MetaMask, select:
add token
>
custom token
.
In the
token contract address
field, enter the contract address displayed on the TokenMaker dashboard.

TrustWallet
TrustWallet is a crypto wallet for iOS and Android.
If you're making
live ERC20 tokens or NFTs, TrustWallet is a good choice. If you're making test tokens, don't use TrustWallet to store them since it doesn't support test networks and they won't show up.
TrustWallet has good support for NFT's with a dedicated
